Michael is a fourth-generation Greek-American and the eldest grandson of Harry and Catherine Paras, who bought Betsy Ann Chocolate over 55 years ago—still in the family today. Paras Candies are small batch chocolatiers creating hand-crafted truffles, chocolate bars, specialty items, and custom creations.
