Order Processing Time
Orders must be placed by 11:59pm the night before to be guaranteed available for in-store pickup during the next day's pick-up window.
We will do our best to accommodate orders placed after that time and before the end of the pick-up window, but cannot guarantee fulfillment before the pick-up window closes.
Any orders placed after 11:59pm will be guaranteed available during the next available pick-up window.
How to place an order for In-store Pickup
Shop on our site and fill your cart with your purchase. On the Checkout page, select the "Pick-up" tab. Continue to follow the remaining steps to complete your order.
You will immediately receive an order confirmation that we have received your order. An additional email notification will be sent when the order is marked as available for pick-up.
Answers to questions
How long do I have to pick-up my order?
We will hold your order for 2 weeks at your chosen pickup location. Orders not picked up within 2 weeks of being marked as ready for pick-up will be donated, and are not eligible for a refund.
I want to use Apple Pay, Google Pay or Paypal at checkout but I don't see the pick-up option, why?
Pick up orders must be paid for by credit card, and not with an alternative payment method (e.g. Paypal). We are sorry for the inconvenience.
When checking out it says that pick-up is not available for my order, why?
Orders placed for in-store pickup require that all of the items be in-stock at the pick-up store. Sometimes it happens that items are in-stock at one store and not another, which may cause this issue.
If you are able to add items to your cart but encounter the message that pick-up is not available, we can manually create an order for you. Please email us at email@example.com so we can help you.
