Fall Bucket List Favorites

Fall Bucket List Favorites

One special product that we've carried since opening our shop is full of mystery, the Essential Pittsburgh Bucket List.  Sealed inside this cute package are 25 must-do Pittsburgh activities, plus a mini pencil to capture the date of when you created your best-burgh memories.

Folks have been asking, "What's inside?" for years!  While we believe that the magic lies in the surprise, we felt it was OK to let a few (black) cats out of the bag this fall.

Our team chose a few of our favorite fall activities out of the Bucket List to share with you.

BRIDGE WALK

The first bucket list item is one that I am lucky to enjoy often, "Walk across one of Pittsburgh's 446 bridges."  Here I'm crossing the Smithfield Street bridge, one of my favorites as it has wide sidewalks and beautiful architecture.  It is one of Pittsburgh's most unique bridges, and has inspired artists like KloRebel who has turned her illustration into these cute coasters.

PNC PARK

Next, the whole team got in on the bucket list party.  We went out to "Enjoy a Baseball game at PNC Park".  It was tons of fun to spend quality time with our awesome shop-team, read about what we were celebrating here.  When you complete this bucket list item, sport some sporty-bling with these Pittsburgh P earrings by Audra Azoury.

BROWSE THE MARKETS IN THE STRIP DISTRICT

Kelly took a stroll in the Strip to get this shot in front of one of the Strip District's many murals.  There are many cultural gems to be discovered in the Strip, especially when it comes to food.  Sample authentic pierogis, yummy Italian cookies and coffee, and so much more.  Take a long walk and snack along the way.  You may even see our friend John of Steel City Salt, or stop by our shop to get a sampling of the different flavored salts he sells in the Strip every weekend.

What are your favorite fall activities that would go in your bucket list?  Tell us on Instagram or Facebook!
