Tell us the story about your brand. Why is it the best?
I'm a artist who is passionate about visual storytelling, connecting with people, and collaboration. The majority of my art takes inspiration from every day lived experiences, appreciating the beauty in a hard world, and political and social issues that I care about.
What is your background? How did it lead you to starting your brand?
I'm an artist and educator who got into printmaking through activism, punk, and zines. I love the repetitive process of printmaking and creating colorful prints for the weirdos and the freaks.
What one product do we need to know about and why?
The Hiding in Plain Sight // Nasturtiums screenprint is an image I drew and then printed after going for a walk in my neighborhood. While I was referencing the photo, I discovered there was a spider in it, hence the name "Hiding in Plain Sight"
In three words, why do you love Pittsburgh?
I love my friends, my community, and the architecture.
