What is your story?
Back in 2015, I started sharing photos of my plant-filled grocery hauls on social media. It wasn’t long before I started receiving tons of questions about what I was doing with the food I brought home— “like howwww are you guys eating all of those veggies!?”
That question inspired @vegoutproject, where we provide those weekly grocery lists, meal prep tips + a library of over 325 simple, seriously delicious meatless recipes to nourish your body, maximize your grocery spend and eliminate food waste! 🥦 @bestevergranola was actually originally featured as a recipe inside the Series in 2019.
Everyone who tasted it raved about it. Sometimes it takes a hearing something a million times before realizing that maybe you’ve got something worth sharing more openly...so in 2020, we finally began sourcing ingredients to package Best Ever Granola! It's been so much fun re-immersing in the local food scene here in Pittsburgh, and connecting with so many small business owners. We live in a pretty special city full of so much talent, creativity & inspiration!! Everything that I do is about helping real people simplify real food, so they can increase their energy, improve their digestion and feel empowered by the foods that they put in their bodies.
