Luck of the Local

Luck of the Local

Every year in March, Pittsburgh is full of a variety of events held to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. Here are a few of our favorite things happening in the city this weekend.

St. Patrick's Day Parade

Pittsburgh holds its Saint Patrick's Day Parade the Saturday before St. Paddy's Day. Head Downtown on the 16th by 10 am to enjoy one of the largest St. Patrick's Day celebrations in the country! The parade starts on Liberty Avenue at 11th Street and ends on the Boulevard of the Allies just before Commonwealth Place. No need for parking chairs though, there's a plethora of great spots to watch the parade as it heads through town.

Brunch on the Mount

Our neighbors in Mount Washington, Coughlin's Law Kitchen and Ale House will be hosting brunch from 10 am to 12:45 pm. Enjoy specialty food and drinks and visit our shop across the street when you're done :)

Puttery Pittsburgh

Have you checked out Puttery Pittsburgh yet? If not here's your chance! They'll be celebrating this weekend with music, specialty cocktails, immersive mini golf, and of course lots of green.

While there aren't any classes happening close to the city during St. Patrick's Day weekend. Keep an eye out for the next Jigs & Swigs event happening at Strange Roots Experimental Ales in Millvale or Acrospire Brewing in Glenshaw. You'll be able to learn a new Irish dance-inspired workout followed by a pint of beer.
