Who is feeling festive? Monica and I were setting up our Holiday Market chalet on Tuesday where we got to experience the magic of this season's first snow. We are ready and excited for Light Up Night! Here are a few suggestions for making your Light Up Night, and a visit to Downtown, extra special.
Holiday Market
The transformation of Market Square into a joyous shopping village is such a treat to be a part of--we love the rosy cheeks, holiday music, and colorful lights of the season. Our chalet showcases a smaller assortment of some favorite items, so make sure to visit our shops or online to see all the awesome local gifts we feature. See us at The Peoples Gas Holiday Market through December 23.
Ice Castle
Getting to ice skate surrounded by castle-like PPG is a dreamy way to practice your twirls and spins. We asked Buildings By Shane to create this perfect PPG Tree print a few years ago. Liberty Avenue
Stroll over to our Downtown location at 805 Liberty Avenue to see all the unique Pittsburgh-made gifts we have in store. While you’re over our way, treat yourself to a hot chocolate, or better yet, wild out with an affogato, from Bae Baes Cafe down the street.

A Christmas Story
Fra-gee-lay? Mommies little piggy? You'll shoot your eye out? What is your favorite phrase from the classic movie, A Christmas Story? To really get into the spirit of the season, get yourself some tickets to Pittsburgh Public Theaters production of A Christmas Story. Act fast, we heard tickets are going quick!
