Journal Prompts
The best way to get started journaling is with a good pen. Our current favorite pen is the Felt Tip Logo Pen because of how smoothly it glides onto my journal, it makes journaling fun!
Every morning I like to start with the prompt: What does my soul want to tell me today?
This prompts help me set an intention for my day and gives me some clarity on what's going on in my mind in the present moment. Allow yourself to write with no judgement and you'll be surprised to see what comes up!
Some other prompts for clarity and self reflection are:
When have I done something that I thought I couldn't do?
What does my ideal day look like?
What accomplishments am I proud of?
How am I already demonstrating traits I admire?
What makes me truly happy?
These are just a few of the many journal prompts out there. I challenge you all to journal everyday for a week and check back and let us know how you feel!
