Pittsburgh, known as the City of Bridges, boasts of 446 bridges. In a city full of bridges we think that you're worth crossing a bridge for. We've gathered up some fun facts about the bridges we cross everyday and paired them with items from our Bridge the Way Collection.
Oldest Bridge in Tahn
Did you know the Smithfield Street Bridge is the oldest river bridge in the 'burgh? The Smithfield Street Bridge has been a connection from Downtown to the Station Square area since 1883! The Sister Bridges
The only set of three identically-built bridges in the world can be found right here on the Allegheny River. In 1975, the three bridges were painted gold--making them a popular focal point of photos.
