Uncle Jammy

Jamal, also known as Uncle Jammy, is Jamal Etienne-Harrigan. With a mother from Baton Rouge and a father from the Virgin Islands, he grew up surrounded by the rich traditions of good food, bold flavors, and cherished family meals shared with parents and grandparents. Have you tried Uncle Jammy's yet? His BBQ sauces take everything from grilled meats to tofu to the next level of deliciousness.

Fun fact: Jamal started by baking alcohol-infused cocktail-inspired cakes, far away from barbeque. Intrigued? Find the whole story here.
