My order is a gift, how do I include a gift message or special instructions?
When placing an order that will be shipped to another person as a gift, you can write special instructions by clicking the "Cart" button. Use the "Gift Message" field for your gift message or even a greeting to be written onto a card (that you've purchased with your order). Use the "Special Instructions" field for any additional notes we should know when packing your order.
How long will it take to get my order?
Order processing is between 1 - 2 days prior to shipping. Shipping times range from 1 - 5 days depending on where you are and the shipping option chosen at checkout. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Can I order something now and have it shipped later?
We are not able to delay shipment of orders. All orders will be fulfilled upon receipt according to our standard processing time.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
How does curbside pick-up work?
Please read our article about Curbside Pickup for the details about how you can place and pick up an order.
When will my pickup order be ready?
Your order will be ready in 1-2 business days. You will receive a follow up email once the order has been filled to let you know that it is ready for pick up.
How much time do I have to pick it up?
We will hold your pickup order for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, your items will be restocked and are non-refundable.
Can someone pick up my order for me?
Yes. Please make sure they have the confirmation email from you.
What happens if I chose pickup option on accident and need it shipped?
Place a new order for the same products, pick your shipping method, then we will cancel and refund the in-store pickup order. After you placed your new order with the correct shipping info, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know.
Can I return my product?
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Please see our Return Policy to verify your order is eligible for a return. If so, email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
How do I add items to my gift registry?
When you have created an active Gift Registry on our website, follow these instructions to see the "Add to Registry" button on every product page.

2. Click Manage Registry (and log in if you are not already)
3. Click on your registry
4. At the bottom of your registry is a link that says “Click here to begin browsing to add products to this registry.” From there on anything you shop on the site will have the Add to Registry button.
How do I sign up for the loyalty program and check my rewards?
Click on the “Rewards” tab on the bottom right-hand side of the screen. Either create a new account or log in if you already have an account. From the “Rewards” tab, you will see your point balance and the different reward values. On the “Earn” tab, you can learn how to earn points toward your next reward. Loyalty members must set up an account before they can redeem points.
How do I redeem a gift card online?
At checkout, enter the Gift Card number in the Gift Card and Coupon Code box. Gift cards must be entered FIRST before using a coupon code, or they will not work. A coupon code can be entered after the gift card has been applied to the order.
I ordered a gift card online, how will I receive it?
All gift cards purchased through our website will be automatically emailed to the email address you used at checkout. If this is a gift, you can forward the email to the recipient or view the gift card and print it and give to the recipient. Physical gift cards are available for purchase in-store only.
