Alderwood is native to the Northwest and has a distinct woodfire smokiness that's been used for centuries to smoke salmon and other meats. This popular salt is slightly coarse and has a smooth yet robust flavor.
Uses: Salmon, steak, red meats, marinades, chicken, potatoes, roasted veggies, shrimp, peanut butter cookies, and anything you want to add smoke to!
